Heritage club organized a seminar for the students of classes VIII and IX on 5/8/26. The Resource person Dr. Mulugu S Neelotpal. M.A. Ph.D. Assistant professor, school of social sciences and languages VIT, Vellore on the topic of "Cultural Heritage and National Identity". Our secretary sir Sri. K. Rajesh Kumar Jain sir presided over the programme.
The programme commenced with prayer song & lighting of the lamp. The introduction of the Resource Person was given by subject head of Geography Ms.G.Malathi and addressed by subject head of History & Civics Ms. Nasreen. Our Secretary and Principal honoured the Resource Person. Dr. Mulugu. S Neelotpal conducted an informative and interactive session with the students on to preserve and protect our cultural heritage. He also said about Gandhiji's non-violence, Indian architecture, conservation of environment, classical music, Heritage monuments and respect to women.
The programme ended with vote of Thanks proposed by the student president of Heritage club.
