This 28th Annual Day was celebrated on 11.2.2024. This much awaited event was enjoyed by all of our Jain school community. It is a day when the school commemorates another year of its existence and acknowledges the accomplishments of its students in academics and other extracurricular activities throughout the year.
The evening began with Prayer song followed by Tamizhthaai Vaazhthu. All the dignitaries were invited to light the lamp on stage. Our Trustee Sir Sri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain welcomed the gathering. Our Academic Advisor gave the introduction of the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour . The Chief Guest Dr.Venkatesh, D.Ortho, DNB (Ortho), MNAM, Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Department of Spine Surgery, Christian Medical College, Vellore and the Guest of Honour Dr.Chitra, MD (Microbiology) Consultant Microbiologist, Naruvi Hospital, Vellore were honoured with shawl and memento. The Secretary of Marudhar Kesari Jain College Trust Sri.C.Lickmichand Jain extended his warm wishes to all the staffs and students. Our Principal delivered her Annual Report that covered the achievements of the school during the year 2023-2024.
The Chief Guest Dr.Venkatesh, D.Ortho, DNB (Ortho), MNAM, Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, spoke a few inspiring words about his childhood and wished everyone gathered. Prize winners were awarded as Subject Toppers, General Proficiency and All Rounders from classes KG to IX. K. Sandeep (X – A) & N.Sudharshan (X C ) of the present Class X batch were awarded Best Outgoing and All Rounder respectively.
The School Toppers and Subject Toppers in ICSE 2022 -23 were also invited to be honored with trophies and certificates.
Motivational awards were given to teaching staffs, X handling teachers were awarded for outstanding results in the previous year ICSE Board Examination 2022 -23.
The students from various grades beginning with KG onwards entertained audience with the wide range of cultural dances IV and V grade enacted a short skit on ‘Hope”.
The welcome dance, folk dance, cherish childhood, friendship, dazzling dolls, Rama Leela Nritya, bollyhood styles and Tamil drama were some of the special highlights of the culturals in the evening. Students took pride and enjoyed themselves on stage in colourful costumes and foot tapping music. Udavum Ullangal Sri Chandra Sekar Ayya came forward to share his feedback about the whole evening. The evening got over with the Vote of thanks delivered by V.P Mam.
