Teachers’ Day, Which is celebrated in fond remembrance of Dr.Sarvapelli Radha Krishnan, the 1st Vice President and 2nd President of Independent India, is always a day to recognize the architectural talents of all teachers.
Almost all countries celebrate this day and India celebrates this special day on 5th September. We, at BMD Jain School celebrated Teachers’ Day on 7th September 2022. Mr.R.B.Gnanavel, Tamil Nadu Vanigar Sangangalin Peramaippu, Vellore, Mr.Saravanan PRO of Tamil Nadu Sangangalin Peramaippu, Vellore and Mr. Subhash Raja were kind enough to accept the honour of being Chief Guests.
The evening started with Prayer song and Thamizh Thaai Vazhthu. Welcome address was delivered by the Vice Principal. The Chief Guests were honoured with shawls, sandalwood garlands and mementos. The stage was honoured by the presence of Trustee Sir, TCO Sir, Academic Consultant Sir, Academic Advisor Mam, Principal, Vice Principal and A.O Sir.
Our Trustee Sir, Sri K.Rajesh Kumar Jain wished the teachers and rejected the teachers as architectures of the future society. Academic Consultant came forward to motivate the teaching faculty to work harder and inspire the student generation with positive thoughts.
Mr.R.B.Gananavel, Tamil Nadu Vanigar Sangangalin Peramaippu, Vellore District delivered a wonderful speech an qualities of education and teaching. He also cited various quotes from Tirukkural and Tamil scriptures.
Academic Advisor mam brought out the team effort, collaborative and communicative skills of our teachers through elaborate speech.
Ms. M.Gayatri Subject Head of Biology and Ms.Preetha Pillai Subject Head of English shared their thoughts on the life and works of Dr.Saravapelli Radhakrishnan. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mrs.S.Malathi, Subject Head of Chemistry. Refreshment was provided by our Kind-hearted management.
