68TH Republic day was celebrated in our school premise on 26th January 2017 between 8.30am and 9.30am. The celebration started with Prayer, Tamilthai valzthu & welcome speech. Our chief Guest Mr.L.Ramesh, B.com, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Kashmir, and Trustee K.Rajesh Kumar Jain, presided over the celebration. Chief Guest along with our Trustee, Trust Co-ordinator, Principal, Vice Principal hoisted the National Flag. Students saluted the National Flag and sung Flag song. National Pledge was taken by each student. Students paid their tribute to great national leaders by enacting the skit ‘Unity in Diversity’. Speech briefed the Constitution and its amendment. Dance enlightened patriotism among students. Chief Guest shared his experience in the borders of Jammu and Kashmir, and said every child should “Be proud to be an Indian”. Our Trustee Shri.K. Rajesh Kumar Jain, addressed the gathering defining Purna Swaraj and requested India to be saved by the future generation. The celebration ended with National Anthem. Chief Guest & Trustee distributed groundnut burfee to all students.
School Karuna Club organized Blood Donation Camp on the eve of 68th Republic Day. Masonic Blood Bank, Vellore conducted the camp in our school campus. Shri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain, Trustee honoured Mr.M.E.Suresh Kumar, M.D., Director of Masonic Blood Bank, and Medical Officer Mr.Deenabandu with the whole team & commenced the Blood Camp @ 10.00am. Teachers, Parents, Alumni and Public donated blood. Our Secretary’s son Shri. Anand Singhvi & Mrs.Priyanka Singhvi and Joint Secretary’s son Shri. Kamal Jain joined with us and donated blood.
