On 29th June 2016, Science Association was Inaugurated at 10.00 a.m. in our school with the students of IX std. Dr.Pundlik Rambhau Bhagat, Prof. Oraganic Chemistry Division, V.I.T University, Vellore, was the chief guest and conducted seminar on “Interest of Science to become a Scientist”. The function started with a prayer song followed by welcome speech by the Principal. Our Trust Co-ordinator honoured the guest with the Memento, Shawl and Mala. Vice Principal addressed the Guest of Honour. The club President, Secretary and office Bearers were badged by the Chief Guest. The Seminar highlighted with some abbreviations like:
- GOD – Generator, Operator, Destroyer.
- IDIOT – Intelligent, Diligent, Informative, Organize, Talent
- CLAP – Celebrate, Learn, Appreciate, Perform.
- Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune can be remembered with a sentence “My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Noodles”
It was an inspiring speech, with information’s of recent satellites launched in India by ISRO. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, former President’s life career inspired our students. The programme ended with National Anthem.
