Road safety awareness rally was held on 11th Jan 2016 at 10.00a.m. from silkmill stop to odai pillaiyar kovil stop, organized by Karuna Club our school to create awareness on Road accidents and negligence to the public. Mr.S.Janardhan, Secretary, IRCS,Katpadi, State member, JRC, Mr.Srinivasan, Administrative officer, Kumaran hospital, Vellore was the guest of honour. S.I., Virudampet, Inspector of Traffic, Katpadi, S.Sureshu, Trust co-ordinator presided over the Rally. K.Vidya, Principal, R.Geetha, Vice Principal, along with students and staff lead the rally. Around 450 students and staff participated. The rally was useful and it created awareness among people to drive safely and co-operate with the traffic orders. Refreshments were provided for the participated Staff and Students.
