The Math Club was inaugurated by Mr.P. Rajendran, Principal (Retd) Govt. Muthurangam Arts College, Vellore. The programme started with the prayer song and lighting of kuthuvilakku by our chief guest Mr.P. Rajendran and Mrs.K. Vidhya, Principal. The chief guest was welcomed and honored by our Principal Mrs.K. Vidhya. The chief guest gave a speech on “Creating interest in Mathematics”. In that he explained about the origin of numbers and its usage in various fields and also he conducted various activities for the students. The students participated actively in the programme. The ‘Mission of Math Club’ was announced and the newly elected office bearers were introduced. The vote of thanks was given by V.Veniniyan of IX ‘B’ and the programme came to an end with National Anthem.
