On 5th August 2023 we have taken students to Vellore Fort Museum and sitting under the Banyan tree to inculcate Heritage and ECO values. Nearly 170 students from VII Std and 10 teachers have visited. Students have visited the Vellore Museum and noticed more portraits of Tipu Sultan canon, Swords, ancient coins and currencies, Inscriptions, Sculptures, potteries, paintings, tools, clothes and Jewelleries. Thus students have analysed the qualities of ancient work and discoveries and to learn more and obtain information about the cultural heritage of our country.
Students have gathered and accommodated under the Banyan tree to inculcate the ECO values like keep their surroundings green and clean by undertaking plantation of trees. Teachers have discussed about the biological specification, its sensation as oxygen giver, effect of human life, longevity and significance of Banyan tree. Students came to know about the importance of our national tree and got an idea to preserve and grow more trees.
