Yoga heals our mind, body and soul that helps to maintain sanity in our day to day life. Yoga is believed to be practiced for over 5000 years now by people to lead a happy lifestyle. On 21st June 2018, to mark its importance, 4th International Day of Yoga was celebrated in our school campus. Students performed Yogic Exercises directed by Mr.Sathiyamoorthi, Yoga Master between 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. in three batches. Our Principal shared few words about the necessity of Yoga in our day to day life for physical and mental health benefits. This programme created a positive impact in students to practice yoga for a peaceful life.
