On 19th June 2017, Fresher’s day was celebrated for our Jr.KG Blossoms in our school at 10.30 a.m. The blooming buds were greeted by the Mickey Mouse at the entrance. The programme started with the Lighting of Kuthuvilakku by our Trustee, Sri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain, Mr.S.Sureshu, Trust co-ordinator, Mrs.N.S.Geetha, Principal and Mrs.R.Geetha, Vice Principal. The Sr.KG students gave a warm welcome to Jr.KG kids and Parents with a song. Students dressed up like Animals and entertained them with a dance. The Principal and Vice Principal addressed the gathering and greeted the children on their first day. Sweets were distributed by our Trustee.
On this special day, An Orientation Programme was conducted for Jr.KG parents. Mrs.Priyanka Anand Singhvi, Academic Director, Takshila School, Vellore & Ambur explained about LSRW Curriculum accompanied by Mrs.Lakshmi, Principal, Takshila School, Ambur. Mrs.Priyanka Singhvi explained about phonetic sounds to the parents that has to be taught to their children. Parents interacted with Mrs.Priyanka Singhvi regarding their doubts in the curriculum. The session ended successfully.
