On 26th August 2023 the IHA short play competition was conducted in our school premises for class VI to IX. Four houses namely Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Topaz participated. The semifinals was conducted on 11th August 2023 in prayer hall from each house 7 students from VI to IX participated. Topics were selected by their own houses. The finalist were from selected each house from VI to IX by the respective House Mother’s Overall seven students from 6th to 9th were selected and topics were given for each house for the finals.
The topics are Ruby - Save Earth, Sapphire - Importance of literacy, Emerald – Compassion and Topaz - Science and Technology. The final competition was conducted in the prayer hall of Arihant block. Students of classes V to VII were the audience. The judges were miss Kumari, and miss Jamuna from IV and V classes. The competition were started in the afternoon session. The Students started their performance which was presided over by the Principal Mam and Academic Advisor Mam.
The Duration for each house to perform was 10 minutes. The students showed their acting skills with good dialogues, action and properties. Marks were allotted based on their action dialogue, costumes and properties. After the performance of the students. The winners will be selected and the names of the winner houses will be displayed on the notice board. The prizes will be distributed in the IHA prize distribution program.
