The programme started with the prayer followed by Thamizh Thai Vaazhthu. Our Principal Mrs.M.Malathi, M.Com., B.Ed., welcomed the gathering. The function was presided over by Honorable Trustee Sir Sri K. Rajesh Kumar Jain.
Our Trustee Sri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain, present speech on Lord Mahaveera and his preaching, followed by the Chief guest Sri.Rugjee.Dharmaraj Jain – Secretary, Jain goshala delivered the thought provoking speech on “Respects Parents” and Sri M. Kanthilal graced the programme with their presence. Our Academic Advisor Mrs. R.Geetha, M.A., B.Ed., gave a speech on good qualities which has to be followed by the student to lead the disciplinary way of life. Mrs.K.Gomathi, M.A., M.Phil., B.Ed., Subject Head and Mrs. Preetha Pillai, M.A., B.Ed., Subject Head encouraged the students to follow good-values by their motivational speeches. Students performed skit based on the life of Mahaveer giving the message of truth and kindness. An awareness on the vegetarianism and PPT presentation on the topic "Live and let live” was presented by 9th students. The programme came to a close with Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. R. Ambika, M.C.A., B.Ed., Academic Co ordinator and concluded with the National – anthem.
