On 7th January, 27th Anniversary celebration, VIT Mathematics Association has organized a national level Mathematical contest for school students. In that competition our school students were taken part, on the theme “Wonders of Mathematics”. The competition was held in two levels VI to VIII, IX and X conducted of mathematical – Quiz, talent examination, essay competition, model exhibition from our school 24 students were participated in various events. Jaswant from IX D won 1st prize in Mathematical model exhibition level II on the topic “Mathematical model for economic growth “ and was awarded with cash prize of ` 1000 and certificate. Siddharth Jain and Sudharsan from VIII A won 2nd prize in Maths model exhibition level I on the topic “Life saving model in Mathematical aspects”. They were awarded by cash prize Rs.700/- and certificate each. Jayadharshini.P from VIII B won consolation prize in maths essay competition. She was awarded by gift. All the participants were awarded with certificate and programme committee awarded momento to our school.
