On 21.04.2022 Thursday at 12.30 pm our Trustee Sir Sri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain solemnized the Hall Ticket Pooja of the outgoing class X students who are going to appear for their ICSE examination 2022 (at class X level) this year. A special offering to the God almighty was performed after which the Hall Ticket were distributed to each of the 175 students.
Later in the afternoon the stage was decorated for the auspicious graduation day ceremony of the X student invocation to the god by signing the Navkar Mandra was followed by Thamizh Thaai Vaazhthu. Welcome address was delivered by our respectful Principal mam Ms.R.Geetha. This was followed by warm wishes for future success by our Chief Guest and Trustee Sri Rajesh Kumar Jain and also by Academic Consultant Sri G.Thirunavukkarasu. Academic Advisor Mam Ms.R.Geetha also wished our X students for a bright future.
Our school’s tradition of lighting the lamps and taking the oath is a special one students were given earthern lamps (diyas) and they got their “diyas” lighted from the honourable dignitaries and their loving teachers. The Principal then read out the oath which the students repeated with the lighted ‘diyas’ in their hand. This custom of our school has always been a cherished moment for all where all students take an oath of being sincere, hardworking, honest and dutiful citizens of India.
This was followed by the awarding of graduation certificates issued by the school to each student.
Subject Heads of Chemistry and English stepped forward with interesting anecdotes and warm wishes for the outgoing students. Subject Heads of Physics, Biology and Tamil also shared their wishes for the children. Student representatives namely T.Shalini (X-B) and R.Dinesh, Karthick (X-A) shared their beautiful childhood memories at our school with gratitude.
With pride the dignitaries were happy to award the best outgoing student to T.Shalini for the academic year 2021-22. Student representative S.Saasana (X –A) came forward to give her vote of thanks for the graduation ceremony.
Refreshments were provided by the generous Management to all. Finally the evening came to a close with the photo session of the whole strength of X std (175 in all).
