182 Students from classes VI to IX participated in the Science Talent Exam conducted by VISTO (Vellammal Interschool Science Talent Olympiad) on 25th September 2016 at Venkateswara Higher Secondary School Vellore. The Scientific skills and talents of our School Students were recognized with Laurels and Prizes. Out of them, In the VI grade, Mohit Chowdhary of VI-A and S.Vignesh of VI-F won Gold medals, 32 GB Pendrive, Certificates and Cash Prize of Rs.1000/- each, J.K.Sanjay of VI-C won Gold medal, Certificate and Cash Prize of Rs.1000/-, A.Siva Priya of VI-E won Silver medal, Certificate and Cash Prize of Rs.1000/-. In the VII grade, V .Harish of VII-B and D.Tejeswar of VII-A won Gold Medals, 32 GB Pendrive, Certificates and Cash Prize Rs.1000/- each, Ruchita Chowdhary of VII-A won Silver medal, Certificate and Cash Prize of Rs.1000/-. In the VIII & IX category, S.Mugilan of IX-B won Gold Medal, Certificate and also Cash Prize of Rs.1000/-, G.Geetha of VIII- C, M.Badri Narayan of IX-B and A.Harshini of IX-B won Bronze medals, Certificates and Cash Prize of Rs.1000/- each.
