On the eve of the auspicious occasion of Mahaveer Jayanthi, 9th April 2025, our school students chanted the revered mantra of Navkar Mantra. To promote Spiritual unity, Peace, Spiritual awakening and ethical awareness, our students also joined hands with our Prime Minister’s initiative to commemorate the Navkar Mantra Divas which serves as a curtain- raiser to this holy Jain Festival.
All students of our school had actively and enthusiastically participated in various activities like PPT presentation, drawing, poetry writing and slogan writing on the topics of Life and Teachings of Mahaveera, Non-Violence and Karuna Values. The best entries from each House of Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Topaz were selected. Eye-catching slogans and thoughtful drawings were displayed today afternoon at the Mahaveer Jayanthi celebration which commenced with chanting of the Navkar Mantra for 15 minutes. After the wishes by Principal and Academic Advisor, our student poets came forward to recite their individual poems. This was followed by the PPT presentation by the best students of the 4 Houses. Quiz was also conducted to motivate our students audience to answer well and add points to their House scores. The celebration ended with Vote of Thanks by the Head Girl followed by the National Anthem.
