On 30.5.2024 (Thursday) The Teacher’s Orientation Programme commenced with invoking God’s blessings with Navkar Mantra. This was followed by Principal Mam’s Welcome Address. Our Academic Advisor Mam gave a detailed introduction of the Resource Person for the day Dr.K.Jyotsna B.Com, M.B.A, B.Ed, Ph.D.
Dr.Jyotsna, a sagacious and passionate Resource Person has an expertise in parent counselling and working with children who have learning difficulties. She is the Founder of Pragati Preschool and Day Care Centre, Co-founder of Mentorbee Educational Solutions and has conducted various workshops. She is an effective trainer meticulous planner, solution provider and tech savvy.
Dr.Jyotsna started her first session of her workshop “Competency Based Learning” where she stressed that teachers need to take up the role of Skill Developers. The 2nd session “Creative Classroom “was about NEP and NCF explanation. The 3rd session was “Classroom Management and Instructional Language “. She involved teachers in various hands on Classroom activities based on any concept.
The workshop came to an end with the Vote of Thanks given by High School English teacher Ms.R.Anuradha.
