To kick start this Academic year 2024-25 energetically, our school Management has organized Teacher’s Orientation Programme.
Today’s motivational speaker was Mrs.Uma Baskaran who has got PG educational qualifications in various subjects like, Physics, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Diploma in project management, HRM at LIBA etc. She is well qualified as a student’s mentor, corporate trainer, POSH enabler, counselling psychologist and visiting professor.
The day started off with the Prayer Song followed by the Welcome Address given by the Principal. Our Academic Advisor gave a detailed introduction of the Resource Person who was honoured with shawl, garland and memento.
Mrs.Uma Baskaran began her session by showing slides on Learning Pyramid and teachers discussed their views on the Learning Pyramid. Later the teachers were divided into group based on their subjects and got involved in an activity.
PPT presentation was shown on Time Management, Eisenhower Matrix, Prioritisation, Pomodoro Technique and how to get rid off the Monkeys on our backs.
Finally, the session got over at 3.00p.m. Our High School Vice Principal mam delivered the Vote of Thanks for such an energetic completion of the first day.
