The 72nd Republic day was celebrated by both the staff and students of BMD Jain School. The day was flagged off with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Trustee Sir Sri K.Rajesh Kumar Jain at the school premises. The flag hoisting was attended by the TCO Sir, Principal, Vice Principal, Teaching and Non teaching staff.
The programme was continued in zoom and live streamed in youtube channel. The Resource Person was Dr.R.H.Kalaiselvi, M.A.,B.Ed.,Phil.,Ph.D., Asst. Prof. of English, Auxilium College, Vellore. The welcome address was given by the Principal followed by the Vice Principal’s introduction of the Chief Guest. The webinar was attended by our TCO Sir, Trustee sir all staffs and participating students. The chief guest gave a motivational speech to students on how to overcome any sort of failure in life.
This was followed by Republic Day speeches in English (R. Monika Varshini X B), Tamil (S.Sakthi Sridevi X B) and Hindi (Harshini X A)
Then it was time for the speeches by students from classes 6 to 9 about awareness of Road Safety. New data and ideas were shared by these 6 children about Road Safety.
Finally the webinar came to a close with the Vote of Thanks delivered by the Academic Co-ordinator.
