On 22nd June 2019, Maths Association was inaugurated in our school premises with staff & students of classes VI to IX. The Guest of Honour of the day was Mr. L.Vikraman, M.Sc., M.Phil., Assistant Professor and Associate NCC Officer, Govt. Thirumagal Mills College, Gudiyatham. Our Trustee Shri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain and Trust Co-ordinator Mr.S.Sureshu presided over the programme. The day started with a prayer followed by lighting of kuthuvilakku. Our Principal welcomed the gathering and the club Incharge presented the Activity reports of Academic Year 2018-19. Our Trustee Shri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain honoured the Chief Guest with a memento and wished students to learn and use the opportunity to participate in all the math activities. Guest Mr.L.Vikraman delivered a seminar on “Maths is your future” and created the importance of learning mathematics. He explained the origin of various mathematical ratios and related Maths with Science with a quote Maths is the queen of Physics, Physics is the Queen of Science and so Maths is the Queen of Science” The Programme was successfully completed. Our Vice Principal delivered Vote of Thanks and wished students for more achievements in future.
