The 75th Republic day of our Nation was celebrated with lots of fervour and joy. This day was presided over by our chief guests Sri.K.Kamal Kishore Jain (proprietor of Rugjee Jewellers), his daughter Ms.Navya and Udhavum Ullangal Sri Chandrasekhar Aiyya. The Republic Day celebration commenced with the prayer song followed by Tamizh Thaai Vazhuthu. The Head boy of our school then invited the dignitaries to unfurl the Tricolour. This was followed by the reciting of the National pledge and the Flag Song (in Tamil)
Our Principal gave her welcome address and also introducted the chief guest wishes were shared by Mr. Kamal Kishore Jain, his daughter Ms. Navya also. Our Academic Advisor Mam delivered her wishes to the gathering highlighting on the duties of today’s youth and also on the themes of this 75th Republic Day namely, Viksit Bharat and Loktantra ki Matruka.
Udhavum Ullangal Sri Chandrasekhar Aiyaa also shared his wishes to the student community and advised them on less usage of mobile phones, to develop discipline and Self – confidence.
The culturals started with motivational and stimulating speeches by our students – S.Dharshitha (VIII) in English, S.Harshini (VIII) in Tamil and Devrath Mahali (IX) in Hindi. This was followed by a colourful dance by our students of classes VI & VII to patriotic songs. Finally, it was time for the Vote of Thanks delivered by Academic Coordinator & Subject Head (Biology) Ms. M.Gayatri Singing of the National Anthem Was followed by distribution of sweets sponsored by our generous Management.
Blood Donation is the Act of giving blood to someone who needs it. It is not giving blood. It is an Act of Kindness that saves the lives of hundreds of people an act, a gesture without any reward or expectation.
After the Republic Day celebration our school had organized voluntary Blood Donation camp along with CMC Blood centre Vellore.
