The day started with Meditation for 25 min monitored by Ms Sowjanya. This was followed by a teachers' workshop conducted by Dr. Reetha Dinesh Ph.D, M.B.A. She is a World Record Holder in Life Skills and is a torchbearer of Human Rights.
Dr. Reetha conducted a wonderful workshop on "How to become an Ideal Teacher" for the High School teachers today. There was not a single moment of boredom as she involved all the teachers in many group activities. Ma'am stressed on the various aspects of approaching students and handling them in difficult situations.
Teachers need to follow innovative classroom techniques, set rules, have perfect time management and also be a great communicator. Dr. Reetha inspired the teachers to adopt the Eisenhower Matrix in real life too. Overall, the workshop that got over at 4:00 pm, was filled with good vibes, humour and food for thought.
