On 04th July 2019, Eco Club was inaugurated in our school premises with staff & students of classes VI to IX. The Guest the day was Dr. M. Gayathri M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., Assistant Professor (Senior) Dept. of Bio Technology SBST, V.I.T. University, Vellore. Our Trustee Shri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain presided over the programme. The day started with a prayer followed by lighting of kuthuvilakku. Our Principal welcomed the gathering and the club Incharge presented the Activity reports of Academic Year 2018-19 and forth coming year club activity planner. Our Principal and Vice Principal honoured the Chief Guest with a memento as a token of Gratitude. Guest Dr. M. Gayathri delivered a presentation on “Eco Conservation” and directed students to save our Natural Resources to control the natural disaster that arise due to the poor conservation of the environment. She inspired students with stories of popular Awardees like Rajkumari Devi, Saalumarada Thimmakka, Viral Sudhirbhai Desai, Afroz Shah, Pradeep Sangwan who were recognized for the contribution to the Eco-friendly society. Our Trustee Shri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain insisted students to participate and take up meaningful environmental activities and projects. On this special day plant saplings were planted in our school campus to create awareness among student to involve in the voluntary planting of trees. The Programme was successfully completed. Our Vice Principal delivered Vote of Thanks and wished students for more achievements in future.
